Olympia ATM Inc. Acquires Assets
CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/13/15 -- Olympia Financial Group Inc. (TSX: OLY) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary Olympia ATM Inc. ("Olympia ATM") has acquired a portfolio of ATM assets, inventory and vault cash from a private company for aggregate gross proceeds of $1.69 million. Upon completion of the acquisition, Olympia ATM will have 376 sites at which it provides processing, cash loading, maintenance or others services.
