Olin Declares 354th Consecutive Quarterly Dividend

CLAYTON, Mo., April 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Olin Corporation's (NYSE: OLN) Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of 20 cents on each share of Olin common stock.  The dividend is payable on June 10, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 11, 2015.  This marks the company's 354th consecutive quarterly dividend.
