Novx21 Announces Extension of Private Placement

MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 05/13/15 -- NovX21 Inc. (TSX VENTURE: NOV) announced today that it has agreed with Jones Gable & Company Limited to extend the closing date of the private placement, initially set on or around May 7, 2015.

The financing is progressing well and the Company needs more time to finalize it.

NovX21 operates an industrial prototype plant for the recovery of Platinum Group Elements (Platinum, Palladium and Rhodium, or PGMs). The plant is located near Quebec City in St-Augustin-de-Desmaures.
