FALLS CHURCH, Va., Dec. 06, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) today announced that, as expected, it has received a request for additional information (â??second requestâ??) from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Â This second request is part of the regulatory process in connection with the FTCâ??s review of Northrop Grummanâ??s proposed acquisition of Orbital ATK, Inc. (NYSE: OA).
The company continues to expect the acquisition to close in the first half of 2018, after receiving regulatory approvals.
