Norfolk Southern Declares Quarterly Dividend

ATLANTA, April 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Norfolk Southern Corporation (NYSE: NSC) announced today a quarterly dividend of $1.35 per share on its common stock.

The dividend is payable May 20, 2026, to shareholders of record on May 8, 2026.

The company has paid a dividend on its common stock for 175 consecutive quarters since its formation in 1982.
