NEW YORK, April 19, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Nielsen Holdings plc (NYSE: NLSN) declared a quarterly cash dividend of 35 cents per share of common stock.
The dividend is payable on June 19, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 5, 2019.
