NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Nielsen Holdings plc (NYSE: NLSN), today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 31 cents per share of common stock.
The dividend is payable on March 16, 2017 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 2, 2017.
