NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Nielsen N.V. (NYSE: NLSN), today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 28 cents per share of common stock.
The dividend is payable on September 10, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 27, 2015.
