Nick Kohm joins Premier Equipment as Sales Engineer

The new sales team member brings warehouse experience, sales training and family continuity to Premier Equipment's used CNC machinery business.

Altamonte Springs, FLORIDA, Aug. 31, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Premier Equipment has added Nick Kohm as Sales Engineer, bringing a familiar face into the company's used CNC machinery sales team after years of working around the business through warehouse summers and college sales experience.

Kohm joined Premier on Aug. 3 after graduating from LSU with a background in marketing and professional sales. Before joining the sales team full time, he spent summers in Premier's warehouse cleaning and preparing machines. During college, he also interned with the company and made outbound calls to customers about buying and selling CNC equipment.

The hire adds another generation to a company already shaped by long family involvement. Premier's history began with the Grabenau family, and the Kohm family line now adds another layer of continuity inside a business built around used CNC machinery, customer trust and practical equipment knowledge.

Used CNC machinery sales is hard to learn from a desk. Machines vary by condition, application, market demand, service history, control, capacity and timing. There is no simple Blue Book value for a used CNC machine, and buyers often need experienced guidance before making six figure equipment decisions.

Premier gives Kohm a hands on place to learn that judgment.
