New Class Issued for MLMT 2007-C1

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- A new class has been issued for Merrill Lynch Mortgage Trust commercial mortgage pass-through certificates series 2007-C1 (MLMT 2007-C1) as a result of a partial swap termination on class AJ-FL.

The creation of the AJ-FX class is the result of the bifurcation of the existing $200 million class AJ-FL certificate. The partial termination of the swap agreement for class AJ-FL results in $115 million of the certificate balance being re-allocated to the new fixed-rate class AJ-FX certificate. Class AJ-FL remains floating rate with a reduced certificate balance of $85 million; Fitch's current rating remains at CC; RE 0%. Fitch was not requested to rate the fixed-rate class AJ-FX certificate.
