New Charter Technologies Acquires Orchestrate AI to Pioneer Next-Generation MSP Services

DENVER, Feb. 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- New Charter Technologies, a portfolio company of Palo Alto-based private equity firm Oval Partners, has announced the acquisition of Orchestrate AI Labs, an AI-integration company focused on the future of the MSP. Founded by a team of experienced MSP and technology leaders, Orchestrate AI has operated largely in stealth mode, developing innovative solutions to bring the transformative power of frontier AI models into service delivery models.
