NeuroDerm Ltd. Files Registration Statement for Proposed Follow-On Offering

REHOVOT, Israel, July 2, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NeuroDerm Ltd. (NASDAQ: NDRM), a clinical stage pharmaceutical company developing drugs for central nervous system (CNS) diseases, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed public offering of its ordinary shares. All of the shares will be offered by the Company.

Jefferies LLC and Cowen and Company, LLC will act as joint book runners for the proposed offering.
