Neobanx Launches Ingram Mercantile for Aviation Industry Veteran

HENDERSON, Nev., Oct. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Neobanx today opened Ingram Mercantile, the shop service for an owner who wants reliable, actionable intelligence and a till in the same place. Elijah (Eli) Stepp, Jr., president and owner of BizAvJets, Inc. and co-founder and co-publisher of BizAvJets USA Magazine, is one of the first merchants.

In the same week, BizAvJets USA published its NBAA 2026 issue. Ingram is named on the cover PLUS bar, with photograph, as "Neobanx Founder and CEO Ronald Ingram / The Future of Financial Intelligence." The conversation inside is "Neobanx, BROK & the Future of Financial Intelligence," interviewed by Stepp, pages 21 to 24. That interview is unpaid editorial. After the article landed, Neobanx purchased a full-page advertisement on page 26 of the same issue. The digital issue is live. Print copies will be with readers at NBAA-BACE, Las Vegas Convention Center, October 20 to 22.

"I get my clearest ideas at altitude. Elevation equals inspiration," said Ronald N. Ingram, founder of Neobanx. "Ingram Mercantile is the move I could see from up there. A shop the owner actually runs. Real-time intelligence from BROK. A guest who pays on the site, the menu, or the screen the business already has. This opening is the news. The aim beyond it is a global agentic banking system, built in public, a Zero Person Enterprise growing outward until the work of a large firm sits with the owner. The horizon I am working toward is billions of dollars of trade served by that intelligence. The shops opening now are how that future starts."

Stepp is a U.S. Army veteran, an FAA-licensed Airframe and Powerplant technician, and a media executive with more than four decades in aviation, publishing, and business development.

"I am extremely impressed with BROK and its potential," said Elijah (Eli) Stepp, Jr. "I am participating as an early merchant because I want practical ways for emerging technology, including artificial intelligence and next-generation financial tools, to help entrepreneurs operate, grow, and compete. Ingram Mercantile is where I am putting that to work."

Ingram Mercantile is trade elevated, the age of machine commerce for a shop that already has customers. An owner names the shop, prices in dollars, and posts a pay link or a code where the guest already is. $POCK, the Genius Token, is the utility those shops and those machines share. This release does not quote a price for it and does not promise one. A shop opens at https://brok.neobanx.com/merchants

Ingram will next show BROK live at Tech Alley, Saturday, October 17, 2026, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Third Street, 814 S. 3rd Street, Las Vegas. House RSVP: https://netu.ai/events/tech_alley_october_2026

About Neobanx: Neobanx builds agentic financial software. BROK is an AI private banker. Software, not a bank. Not an offer to sell securities. Not investment advice. $POCK is a utility digital asset. Prices move. Nothing here promises a price or a profit. The billions named above are the founder's horizon, not booked results. The four-page interview is unpaid editorial. The page 26 advertisement was purchased after the article landed. DYOR.
