Natixis Advisors Adds Christopher Sharpe as Chief Investment Officer
- Will lead the firm’s North American multi-asset portfolio solutions team
- Joins portfolio management group for Natixis Sustainable Future Funds
BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Natixis Investment Managers today announced the appointment of Christopher Sharpe as Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager, Multi-Asset Portfolio Solutions for Natixis Advisors, based in Boston. In this newly created role, Sharpe will lead the firm’s US-based multi-asset portfolio solutions offering, which includes the Natixis Sustainable Future Funds. The Funds remain the industry’s first and only target-date mutual fund suite with investments driven by environmental, social, and governance factors.
Sharpe has 28 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 17 years in managing multi-asset strategies. Prior to Natixis, Sharpe worked at Fidelity Investments, managing over $225 billion in multi-asset-class mutual funds and institutional accounts. He also served previously as an investment policy officer at John Hancock. Sharpe earned a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from Brown University. He is a CFA® charterholder and a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
