National Storage Affiliates Trust Announces 10% Dividend Increase

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- National Storage Affiliates Trust (“NSA” or the “Company”) (NYSE: NSA) today announced its Board of Trustees approved a 10% increase in the Company’s regular quarterly common stock dividend from $0.20 per share to $0.22 per share, or from $0.80 to $0.88 per share annualized. The increase is effective with the quarterly dividend to be paid on June 30, 2016 to shareholders of record on June 15, 2016. The dividend, based on today’s share closing price, represents an annual yield of 4.24%.
