National Interstate Corporation Announces Quarterly Dividend

RICHFIELD, Ohio, May 09, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- National Interstate Corporation (Nasdaq: NATL) announced that on May 5, 2016, its Board of Directors approved a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share.  The cash dividend will be payable on May 31, 2016 to shareholders of record of the Company's common stock as of the close of business on May 20, 2016.
