HOUSTON, Nov. 20, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NOV Inc. (NYSE: NOV) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per share of common stock, payable on December 19, 2025 to each stockholder of record on December 5, 2025.
