Morrison Cohen LLP Announces Stacey Delich-Gould Joins Firm as Partner
Firm Adds Seven New Associates
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Morrison Cohen LLP announced today that Stacey Delich-Gould has joined the firm as a partner in the firm’s Individual Client Services Department.
Delich-Gould advises clients on their personal, tax and estate-planning needs and has significant experience drafting wills, revocable trusts, insurance trusts, grantor trusts, GRATs and other estate-planning documents. She also advises and assists executors in the administration of multimillion-dollar estates and trustees in their ongoing fiduciary activities.
She also has significant experience counseling private foundations and public charities on important effects of the Pension Protection Act and compliance with self-dealing and unrelated business income tax rules under Chapter 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. She also works with various foundations and charities preparing various nonprofit filings and federal tax returns.
Before joining Morrison Cohen, Delich-Gould was counsel in Venable LLP’s Tax and Wealth Planning Group. She began her career in the financial services industry before entering private practice.
