Moody’s Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- On October 21, 2019, the Board of Directors of Moody’s Corporation (NYSE: MCO) declared a regular quarterly dividend of 50 cents per share of MCO Common Stock. The dividend will be payable on December 12, 2019 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 21, 2019.
