Moody’s Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- On December 20, 2016, the Board of Directors of Moody’s Corporation (NYSE: MCO) declared a regular quarterly dividend of 38 cents per share of MCO Common Stock, a 3 percent increase from the prior quarter of 37 cents per share. The dividend will be payable on March 10, 2017 to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 20, 2017.
