NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- On April 11, 2016, the Board of Directors of Moody’s Corporation (NYSE: MCO) declared a regular quarterly dividend of 37 cents per share of MCO Common Stock. The dividend will be payable on June 10, 2016 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 20, 2016.
