NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- On October 20, 2015, the Board of Directors of Moody’s Corporation (NYSE: MCO) declared a regular quarterly dividend of 34 cents per share of MCO Common Stock. The dividend will be payable on December 10, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 20, 2015.
