The Company announced today the planned dates for its first quarter 2025 results and conference call.

On Wednesday, May 7, 2025, after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange, Montrose intends to release its first quarter 2025 results.

On Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time, Montrose plans to host a conference call to discuss the Company's first quarter 2025 results and forward outlook.
