In that capacity, she led large-scale business transformations for multinational clients as well as within the firm, driving measurable improvements and sustainable outcomes. Earlier in her career, Monica served as Global Director of Digital Solutions at McKinsey, where she shaped the firm's global digital and knowledge management platforms. Monica brings deep expertise in growth strategy, technology innovation, and organizational effectiveness, having demonstrated success helping companies achieve lasting performance gains and create long-term value.
