Mohr Partners Names Sohail Hamirani as New Shareholder

DALLAS, June 5, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Mohr Partners, Inc., a top-three global occupier-focused corporate real estate advisory firm, has named Sohail Hamirani, the company's Chief Financial Officer and Head of Lease Administration, as a new shareholder.

Hamirani joins an ownership group that includes Robert and Michele Shibuya, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, respectively, along with Managing Principals Stephen Hemphill, Eric Beichler and Rob Pipkin.

He now oversees all financial reporting, serves as the lead point of contact with the firm's corporate banker, JPMorgan Chase, and manages Mohr Partners' lease administration department, which has become the firm's fastest-growing service line.
