Minnesota Dental Association Announces 2026-2027 Officers and Trustees

MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Minnesota Dental Association (MDA) installed its 2026-2027 officers and trustees during the Association's Leadership Conference on September 18 in Shoreview, marking the beginning of a new year of leadership and service.

The 2026-2027 MDA officers are:

• President: Dr. John Noack, Professional Dental Group, Northfield
• President-Elect: Dr. Aruna Rao, Koala Dental Care, St. Cloud
• First Vice President: Dr. Loren Taple, Northwood Dental, Eagan
• Second Vice President: Dr. Nathan Pedersen, Dental Health Service, Hibbing
• Speaker of the House: Dr. Brandon Ulstad, Madison Dental Clinic, Madison
• Treasurer: Dr. Alejandro Aguirre, Plymouth

Elected to fill expiring trustee terms were Dr. Jeff Griffith (Cold Spring), West Central District, and Dr. Gary Hedin (Duluth), Northeastern District.

Other trustees currently serving include Dr. LeeAnn Herbert (Minneapolis), Minneapolis District; Dr. Michael Ahn (Hastings), Saint Paul District; Dr. Seth Huiras (Montgomery), Southern District; and Mr. Sean Kerns (Minneapolis), Student District. 

Together, the MDA's officers and trustees will provide leadership for the Association during the coming year and represent Minnesota dentists across the state.
