SOUTH HOLLAND, Ill., May 20, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Miniat Holdings announces the retirement of Dale Morsefield, who has been a vital contributor to the organization's growth and success over the past decade.

Dale joined Miniat in 2016 as President and COO, leading operations for Ed Miniat, LLC and South Chicago Packing, LLC. In 2020, he transitioned to the Advisory Board, continuing to lend his expertise and guidance. His leadership has been instrumental in strengthening company performance and enhancing its culture.
