Mill Creek Announces Initial Retail Tenants at Modera Falls Church

Tatte Bakery & Café and MyHome Thai Bistro to Join Contemporary Mixed-Use Community

FALLS CHURCH, Va., Feb. 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Mill Creek Residential, a leading developer, owner-operator and investment manager specializing in premier rental housing across the U.S., today announced the upcoming additions of two retailers to Modera Falls Church, a contemporary mixed-use apartment community located in the heart of Falls Church approximately 10 miles west of Washington, D.C.

The community, which sits adjacent to Mill Creek's mixed-use lifestyle center Founders Row, has signed leases with Tatte Bakery & Café and MyHome Thai Bistro. Tatte Bakery & Café draws from Mediterranean and European culinary influences to offer pastries, a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes, as well as craft coffees and drinks. MyHome Thai Bistro offers carefully crafted fusion and authentic Thai dishes with frequent new additions to the menu.
