LAFAYETTE, La.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- MidSouth Bancorp, Inc. (“MidSouth”) (NYSE: MSL) announced a cash dividend was declared in the amount of one cent ($.01) per share to be paid on its common stock on January 2, 2019 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 17, 2018.
Additionally, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 1.00% per preferred share on its 4.00% Non-Cumulative Perpetual Convertible Preferred Stock, Series C. The dividend is payable on January 15, 2019, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on January 2, 2019.
