E-mailREDMOND, Wash., June 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Microsoft Corp. today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.31 per share. The dividend is payable September 10, 2015 to shareholders of record on August 20, 2015. The ex-dividend date will be August 18, 2015.
