E-mailREDMOND, Wash., Jun. 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Microsoft Corp. today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.39 per share. The dividend is payable September 14, 2017 to shareholders of record on August 17, 2017. The ex-dividend date will be August 15, 2017.
