SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Presidio Bank (OTCBB: PDOB), a Bay Area business bank, today announced that it has hired veteran peninsula banker, Michael Sinclair, as Senior Vice President/Relationship Manager in the San Mateo Regional Office.

Michael has over 25 years’ experience in credit, finance, sales, real estate, mortgage underwriting, and asset management in the banking and finance industry. He most recently worked as Senior Vice President for Liberty Bank. He has extensive experience in underwriting and credit administration and has held various positions at First Republic Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, and other lending organizations.

Previously he was a co-founder of Hometown Commercial Capital in Burlingame, CA, that provided lending services to commercial real estate borrowers. Additionally, he provided consulting services for over 16 years, in property management for single family and multi-family properties throughout the Bay Area. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California.
