Michael Madonia Joins Peapack Private Bank & Trust

BEDMINSTER, NJ - March 25, 2025 (NEWMEDIAWIRE) - Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation (NASDAQ Global Select Market: PGC) and Peapack Private Bank & Trust announce that Michael Madonia has joined the Bank as a Senior Managing Director of the Commercial and Industrial Lending Division.  

Michael, who is based out of the Bank’s New York City location on Park Avenue, is a successful banker with 22 years of experience as a top performing relationship manager, team, and division leader. He has a proven track record of client development and relationship management and is responsible for growing the Bank’s commercial loan and deposit portfolio in the NY metropolitan area.

Madonia joins Peapack Private from Amalgamated Bank where he most recently served as a Senior Vice President Director, responsible for building out the business banking segment for the bank.  Prior to Amalgamated, he was the SVP, Business Banking Team Leader at M&T Bank in Tarrytown, NY, where he led a team of business bankers working throughout Westchester and Fairfield counties. 

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Michael is actively involved in community organizations. In addition to volunteer work, he serves on the Board of Directors as Executive Vice President for ArtsWestchester.  Michael holds an MBA in Financial Management from the Pace University Lubin School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Suny Geneseo Jones School of Business.
