United States, 16th Jul 2026 - Metta Protocol has announced an upcoming Initial Exchange Offering (IEO) for its native token, $MEPR, scheduled for August 15, 2026, on the BNB Smart Chain (BSC).

According to the company, its pre-launch phase focused on developing digital infrastructure for business use, structured around six components the company describes as revenue-generating pillars that route transaction fees through a treasury.

Metta Protocol describes itself as a fintech and AI platform comprising the following:

MettaPays & Escrow Infrastructure: Payment processing and settlement services for B2B transactions.
MettaSpace: Digital mailboxes and virtual corporate addresses for digital nomads and startups.
Metta AI APIs: Multilingual AI models built on the heyMetta AI foundation, which the company states was named among the Top 50 startups in the Paddle AI Tech Startup Launchpad.
Digital Identity SBT & RWA Tech: Soulbound tokens for identity verification and integration with real-world assets.

The Road to the IEO

Metta Protocol has participated in industry events including ETHGlobal, the Bitcoin Conference, and Consensus, and has been active within the Base ecosystem.

The IEO is scheduled for August 15, 2026, with an exchange listing planned for November 18, 2026. The company has opened a waitlist for its products ahead of these milestones.
