Metalogix Appoints Nick Margarites as CFO

WASHINGTON, DC -- (Marketwired) -- 10/27/15 -- Metalogix, the premier provider of unified management software to migrate, manage and secure content across enterprise collaboration platforms in the cloud and on-premises, today announced that Nick Margarites has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer reporting to Steven Murphy, Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Before joining Metalogix, Margarites held Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer positions at Sourcefire Inc., a network security firm in Columbia MD. During his tenure at Sourcefire the company grew from $2 million to nearly $300 million through a successful IPO in 2007 and subsequent sale to Cisco in 2013. Prior to Sourcefire, Nick was Controller of Paratek Microwave Inc., a venture-backed wireless telecommunication company.
