Medline secures Prime Vendor agreement with Commonheart

Agreement focuses on providing solutions to support home health and hospice organization's operational and clinical performance

NORTHFIELD, Ill., Sept. 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Medline today announced that it signed a Prime Vendor agreement with Commonheart, a not-for-profit home health and hospice organization based out of Waukesha, Wis., in April 2025.

As part of the agreement, Commonheart will leverage the Medline Home Direct™ model to streamline supply distribution and improve patient care. Medline Home Direct specializes in helping home health agencies, hospice agencies and HME providers create efficiencies while lowering operating costs. The organization expressed enthusiasm for Medline's comprehensive reporting capabilities related to patient direct shipments and the extensive resources available to meet its unique operational needs.
