Mead Johnson Board of Directors Announces Dividend

GLENVIEW, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Mead Johnson Nutrition Company (NYSE: MJN) announced today that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.4125 per share for the quarter ending September 30, 2016.

The dividend will be paid on October 3, 2016, to shareholders of record at close of business on September 19, 2016.
