McGrath RentCorp Declares Quarterly Dividend

LIVERMORE, Calif., June 10, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of McGrath RentCorp (Nasdaq: MGRC), a diversified business-to-business rental company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per common share for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. The dividend will be payable on July 31, 2015 to all shareholders of record on July 17, 2015. The year 2015 marks the 23rd consecutive year that McGrath RentCorp has raised its dividend to shareholders.
