MAYFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Materion Corporation (NYSE: MTRN) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a first-quarter 2026 dividend of $0.14 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on March 6, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 19, 2026.
