MasterCard Announces Date of Annual Meeting of Stockholders

PURCHASE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- MasterCard Incorporated (NYSE: MA) today announced that its annual meeting of stockholders will take place at its corporate headquarters on June 28, 2016 at 8:30 a.m. Stockholders as of the record date, close of business on April 29, 2016, will be entitled to vote at the meeting.
