Mark Schlarbaum is a Managing Partner at Krane Funds Advisors, a provider of China-focused Exchange Traded Funds based in New York City. Mark Schlarbaum manages and trades for KWEB, KFYP and KEMP with assets totaling over 200 million. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of the funds and also contributes to the growth of assets of KraneShares as well as building brand awareness.

Mark is highly qualified in creating investment strategies, specifically around investment opportunities involving Mainland China. He also specializes in offshore private partnerships and Cayman Island investment vehicles. Mark is a seasoned veteran of the trading industry with over 23 years investment experience both as a portfolio manager and trader.

Prior to Krane, Mark Schlarbaum gained valuable experience at large mutual fund companies such as T.Rowe Price and Pilgram Baxter and Associates as well as several small investment management companies and hedge funds.

During his free time Mark Schlarbaum enjoys competitive singles tennis, traveling and fitness. He loves sports and watching NFL Football (particularly the Philadelphia Eagles).
