MariMed Announces Management Change and Third Quarter 2023 Earnings Date

NORWOOD, Mass., Nov. 03, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MariMed Inc. (“MariMed” or the “Company”), (CSE: MRMD), (OTCQX: MRMD), a leading multi-state cannabis operator focused on improving lives every day, today announced that effective October 31, 2023, Susan M. Villare resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The Board of Directors has appointed Jon Levine, President and CEO, as the Company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer and has initiated a search process to identify and engage a new Chief Financial Officer.

Additionally, the Company announced it will report third quarter 2023 financial results on November 8, 2023 after the markets close. Management will host a conference call on November 9, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. EST to discuss financial results.
