Margaret Lilani Promoted to Chief Revenue Officer of Vaco Holdings

NASHVILLE, Tenn., Feb. 27, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Vaco Holdings, a leading global professional services organization offering three integrated service offerings—consulting, managed services, and talent solutions—is pleased to announce the promotion of Margaret Lilani to the role of Chief Revenue Officer.

A dynamic leader with nearly two decades of experience in global talent and human capital, Margaret will lead a unified strategy to drive sustained global revenue growth across all functions. As Chief Revenue Officer, she will oversee the firm's Global Revenue Office, including enterprise sales and critical business development initiatives. Additionally, Margaret will continue to lead global operations, overseeing international locations and leveraging technology and innovation to ensure that delivery capabilities are aligned with the enterprise's three integrated service offerings.

Margaret joined Vaco in September 2024 as Senior Vice President of Global Delivery, and in rapid fashion, has strengthened Vaco's international delivery capabilities, particularly across offshore and nearshore markets in APAC and LATAM. During her travels to multiple U.S. and international locations, she built trusted relationships with teams and clients, and played a critical role in refining the enterprise's go-to-market strategy, developing a strong foundation for scalability, consistency, and unmatched client experiences.

As a global operations expert and former lawyer, Margaret has held multiple leadership roles throughout her career. Prior to Vaco Holdings, Margaret served as Vice President II of Talent Solutions at Upwork, where she launched a proprietary talent product that grew key service lines, including consulting, managed services, and employer of record (EOR) services for clients.
