Strengthens transactional and regulatory capabilities of multidisciplinary healthcare practice Manatt Health

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, announced today that Fatema F. Zanzi joined the firm as a partner in the Chicago office, continuing Manatt’s expansion of its national healthcare practice. Zanzi is a respected transactional and regulatory attorney specializing in legal issues facing the healthcare industry, with experience in guiding health systems through major strategic transactions as well as healthcare compliance, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act laws, medical staff issues, fraud and abuse, and other matters facing healthcare providers and suppliers.
