BISMARCK, N.D., May 14, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- MDU Resources Group, Inc.'s (NYSE: MDU) board of directors today declared a quarterly dividend on the company's common stock of 13 cents per share, unchanged from the previous quarter.

The dividend is payable on July 1, 2025 to stockholders of record as of June 12, 2025.
