Under his leadership, PRF enhanced its use of technology, modernized internal processes, and laid the groundwork for data-driven decision-making.

Before his tenure at PRF, Brogdon served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at the March of Dimes, following a successful period as the organization's Chief Technology Officer. There, he led a comprehensive overhaul of the IT infrastructure, implemented an e-commerce framework that generated over $40 million in online revenue, and significantly reduced operational costs while improving service delivery. His innovative approach to marketing and technology-driven fundraising strategies played a pivotal role in revitalizing the foundation's brand and driving substantial revenue growth.

Brogdon holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Georgia and pursued his MBA studies at the Georgia Institute of Technology and the University of North Carolina.
