M.D.C. Holdings Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

DENVER, Oct. 24, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: MDC) today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of twenty-five cents ($0.25) per share on the Company's common stock.  The dividend will be paid on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 to shareowners of record on Wednesday, November 9, 2016.
