VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/31/15 -- Lucara Diamond Corp. ("Lucara" or the "Company") (TSX: LUC)(BOTSWANA: LUC)(NASDAQ OMX Stockholm: LUC) reports the following share capital and voting rights update in accordance with the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act.

As a result of the issuance of shares pursuant to the exercise of employee stock options, the number of issued and outstanding shares of the Company has increased to 379,979,413 common shares with voting rights as at December 31, 2015.
