Lilly Declares Second-Quarter 2018 Dividend

INDIANAPOLIS, May 7, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE: LLY) has declared a dividend for the second quarter of 2018 of $0.5625 per share on outstanding common stock.

The dividend is payable June 8, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 17, 2018.
