• Automated Workout Builder: A new, innovative tool that will generate specific workout plans tailored to individual goals and abilities, supporting both novice and advanced exercisers.
• Enhanced Workout Tracking: The YMCA360 app will provide comprehensive tracking of cardio and strength workouts, including automated rep and set tracking with connected strength pieces.
